Emilio is an Italian American that specializes in the best of the best each continent has to offer.



Orginally from the New York City area, ES learned from his Brooklyn born grandmother on his mothers side and his nonna on his fathers.  A dual citzen he spent a large amount of his time learning culinary and the importance of fresh ingredients in Tuscany.
